Cancellation conditions

If you want to cancel the booking in whole or in part, this must be done by email by the main booker. The cancellation costs are as follows:

- If you cancel more than 14 days before the arrival date, cancellation is free of charge.

- In case of cancellation from 14 days to 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 25%;

- In case of cancellation from 9 days to 6 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 50%;

- In case of cancellation 5 days or less before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 75%.

- In case of cancellation and/or no show on the date of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
